STORE POLICIES


Appointment Timing:

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and a rescheduling fee may apply.


Custom Garments:
• For ALL custom garments with events within 90 days, a $50.00 rush fee will be applied.


Consultation Fee:
• A $25.00 consultation fee is applicable for a Bridal Consultation, whether virtual or in person.

• A $20.00 consultation fee is applicable for a Custom Garment Consultation, whether virtual or in person.

 

Cancellation Policy:
• Appointments must be canceled 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled time.
• If canceled within the 24-hour window, the rush or consultation fee is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made outside of 24 hours are eligible for a refund of the rush or consultation fee.

 

Refund Policy:

• All services provided by Bridal Luxe, LLC  are non-refundable.

• All merchandise including accessories & undergarments are non-refundable.


Custom Garments:
• Custom-made garments are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

 

Curated:

• Means the specific garments under the curated section are previously owned.

 

Deposits

 Initial Payment:

• A non-refundable payment of 30% of the custom garment price is required before any work on the garment begins. This payment secures your order and covers initial costs.

 Final Payment:
• The full balance owed for the custom garment is due prior to the scheduled pick-up date.
• The garment will only be released upon receipt of the full payment.

 

Damage Policy:

• Bridal Luxe, LLC is not liable for damages that occur after the garment has left the premises.

• The client is solely responsible for any tears, damages, or issues with the garment, including zippers after the garment has left the premises.
• Please handle the garment with care and seek professional assistance for any necessary repairs.

 

**For custom garments completed by Bridal Luxe LLC, please note that items must be picked up within 90 days of completion. After this period, unclaimed garments and items may be subject to resale to accommodate our inventory needs. We appreciate your understanding and prompt attention to this policy.
